Trust member E V Jayachandran Nair has effected our first online transaction to our Canara bank Account.
The member has remitted Rs 4500/- ( Rs Four thousand five hundred ) for converting his Membership into Life Membership.


We are really grateful to Member  E V Jayachandran Nair, to show the faith in the new online  system and we  also congratulate him for becoming the first person to effectively use TBTTs' online facility.

Major Decisions at the meeting

1.Presentation and adoption of audited annual accounts for the year 2011-2012.

2.Adoption of Budget for the year 2012-2013.

Important features of the Budget.

a. Deficit budget of Rs 2,76,000.(i.e for the budgeted activities to be conducted  Rs 2,76,000/- has to be further mobilized)  

b.Ganapthy temple renovation.

c. Re -erection of Door in the Devi temple.

d.Construction of Store room.

e.Increase the roofed area in the temple premises.

f. Conduct the SahasraKalasha pooja as suggested  by the temple Jolsyan. 

3.Proposed amendments to the Bye-laws passed.

4.Life membership fees fixed at Rs 5000/- for new members and Rs 4500/- for existing members, can be paid in Installments of not less than Rs 1000/-. However the whole amount shall be paid with in one year from the date of payment of First installment. 

5. Suggestion for Nitya pooja actively discussed and trust has entrusted the matter to the Governing committee to do it at the earliest. A suggestion was also raised that the trust members shall take a commitment to conduct 3-4 Poojas in a calender year.

Annual General Body meeting of TBTT on 17 June 2012

The annual general body meeting of the trust is scheduled to be held on 17 June 2012, Sunday at 9 AM at the Thelibagam Bagavathi Temple Premises. The notice has already been issued on 1 June 2012. It is hereby requested that all trust members shall attend the meeting and have proper discussions and  finalise future activities of the trust.

A. General body and Governing Body

1. General body meeting of the members of the trust held on 28^th August 2011.

2. New governing committee elected on and took charge.

3. Strength of Governing Body increased from 12 members to 15 members through byelaw amendment.

4. Governing body meeting conducted held on Sunday following the second Saturday of every month. Discussions, decisions and reviews done effectively.

B. Deva Prashanam

1.  Jolsayan  Machiyail Padmakumar  instructed to perform “Parihara Kriya “, which was done along with Ulsavam 2012 under the supervision of Thantri.

2. Other areas to be addressed as per the instructions of Jolsayan.

a. Total restructuring of Ganapathy temple.

b. Strengthening of Ganapathy Vigraham by Astabantham.

c. Changing of doors of Ganapathy temple and Devi temple.

d. Changes   for Yogishawara manthramurthi temple.

C. ACTIVITIES

1. Earth filling at the land and pipe lying.

2. Fixing of Sink, Pipe and Gas connection.

3. New platform for washing utensils and Vilakku.

4. Rewiring of electrical wires.

5. Fixation of tube lights near the entrance.

6. Installed Metal Arch and Notice board at the main entrance at Punnakkamugal Main Road.

7.New Naranga Vilakku, Thukku Vilakku and Pedestrial fan purchased.

8. Purchase of table, writing Board, Utensil for Mathrusangadana.

9. Refixation of Pooja rates. And introduction of Full Pooja for Rs 2501/-.

10. Introduction of new archanas of Vinayaka Chathurthy and Vidyarambham.

11. Introduction of Kuttu Ganapathy Homam on Every 1^st day of Malayala masam.

12. Deepavali, Vrichika Masa pooja, Ramayana Parayanam, Shivarathri, Onam, Karthika, Makaravilakku, and Vishu etc celebrated.

13. Mathrusangadana effectively conducting Narayaneeyam classes, Vishnu Sahasranamam, Lalitha Sahasranamam and Bajana.

14. Full day Narayaniayam parayanam on all 3^rd Sundays of the Month and Santhsangam on 4^th Sundays.

15. Prathishta Varshikam conducted and celebrated successfully on 24th, 25th and 26th February 2012.

16. Introduced regular pilgrim tour programmes and successfully conducted three tour programes like Shabarimala trip, Thiruviranikulam trip and Thiruchandoor trip.

17. Undertaken Kalyana sadya Vilambu and successfully conducted three Vilambu.

18. Ten new Members admitted as trust members.

19.  Increased Salary of Melsahnthi and Caretaker.

20. Introduction of one time membership fee of Rs 4500/-, instead of monthly subscription of Rs 30/-.

21. Bajana introduced by the male members on all Sundays.

22. Chenda classes being conducted successfully.
